Looking to play outside of Freeport?
There are a lot of great disc golfing opportunities in the area. Here is information about where to play in the area!
Finding new courses and tournaments
Udisc is a fantastic app and website that allows you to find disc golf courses around the world. It provides information about the course such as its course rating based on ratings provided by fellow players, course layout, scorecard, course amenities, and directions. Some of our favorite courses within 50 miles of Freeport include:
- Anna Page Park in Rockford might be the crown jewel of disc golf in NW Illinois. This park features 3 great courses: Anna Page West, East, and South
- Durand Creekside DGC in Durand offers a challenging wide-open course around a park with water hazard a threat on many of the holes.
- Twining Park just on the other side of the border in Wisconsin is a fun park course with a good mix of wide open and trees.
Looking to play tournaments? Disc Golf Scene allows you to search and register for tournaments. There are a number of filters available including filtering by distance from a zip code. Tournaments are always being added to the site!
